SSQ manual double beam bridge crane

        SSQ manual double girder cranes are suitable for use in non-powered warehouses, workshops or overhauling equipment where the amount of handling is not significant and efficiency and speed are not critical.

        Manual double-girder crane mainly consists of main beam, main driven wheel, transmission mechanism and trolley. When installing the crane, the following conditions must be met:

        1. Allowable deviation of rail joints, height difference should not exceed 1mm, gap is less than 2mm.

        2. The regulation LK is less than 12m, the allowable deviation is 6mm, the gauge LK is greater than 12m, and the allowable deviation is 18mm.

        3. Permissible deviation of track elevation is 1/1000 of the track length

        4. Allowable deflection of track is 3mm.

        All lubricating devices on the manual double-girder crane and bearings on the drive shaft need to be filled with lubricating oil (dry oil) once every six months.
