The frequency of use of these devices during the winter period is low, and due to the low temperature, the overall temperature of the engine of the mechanical equipment will be severely affected.

    When using the crane in winter, when the engine is started, the general temperature is below 5°C. Before the engine starts, warm water or steam should be used for preheating. Wait until the preheating is over 30-40°C before starting. For electric preheating devices and The diesel engine of the decompression device should be preheated and decompressed as much as possible during starting; for the diesel engine without preheating device, the air filter can be removed, and the blowtorch for driving the engine can be heated at the air inlet; the engine should be idling for a while after starting. The full-load operation is allowed when the temperature of the diesel engine is higher than 55°C and the oil temperature is higher than 45°C. The water temperature and oil temperature of the engine during operation should not exceed 95°C, and the oil temperature of the torque converter should not exceed 110°C. ; It is recommended that each start should not exceed 8 seconds, if not start, should release the start switch, wait for 1 minute and then make a second start, after the engine starts, idling for a period of time; when the temperature is below 0 °C, every day after work Afterwards, the cooling water in the tank water room, engine, oil cooler and converter oil cooler should be released to prevent freezing.
